Jodi brings over 18 years of experience leading high-performing commercial teams in the genomics market. She has a proven track record in building industry-leading organizations focused on operational efficiency and high-growth performance. As CEO of Ribbon Bio, she previously served as Chief Business Officer, where she built foundational commercial and product management infrastructure. Before Ribbon Bio, Jodi held executive roles at Agilent Technologies, overseeing global commercial operations and marketing for the Diagnostics and Genomics Divisions. She also led product management at Qiagen and field consulting for Roche Diagnostics’ OEM business. Jodi began her career as a bench scientist before moving into commercial leadership. She holds a degree in Molecular and Microbiology from Purdue University and conducted her master’s research in cancer biology.

David holds a degree in business administration from Vienna and brings over 20 years of experience in finance and controlling. Before joining Ribbon Bio, he served as CFO for several small- and medium-sized companies, including biotechs. David has deep expertise in corporate finance and has been involved in numerous corporate transactions as a private equity manager. In this capacity, he also sat on advisory and supervisory boards, supporting companies through their growth phases. At Ribbon Bio, he oversees Finance, IT, HR, and organizational development.
David also teaches corporate finance at universities of applied science in Vienna and Krems, and is a certified expert in business valuations.

Divya is a biotechnology leader with over a decade of experience in product and commercial strategy, managing global portfolios for both established companies and startups. She has held impactful roles at QIAGEN, Automata, and Congenica, leading cross-functional teams and driving growth for multi-million-dollar portfolios across automation, reagents, and software. Divya holds a B.S. in Microbiology, Zoology, and Chemistry from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, and an M.S. in Communication Science from North Carolina State University, positioning her at the nexus of biotech innovation and product development.

Jay Therrien brings over two decades of experience building and leading commercial organizations across the life sciences and genomics sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Ultima Genomics and previously held executive leadership roles at IDEX Health & Science, RainDance Technologies, Life Technologies and Illumina. Throughout his career, Therrien has helped launch several breakthrough technologies, including multiplex genotyping, digital PCR and next-generation sequencing platforms, supporting a wide range of genomic applications across the research and clinical markets.
