Promotion 2025 – Terms & Benefit

Definitions

The following definitions apply for the purposes of this Program:

• “Approved Order” means an order that meets all safety, compliance, and acceptance requirements, including successful completion of Ribbon Bio’s pre-assessment and biosecurity review and has been approved in writing by Ribbon Bio.
• “Eligible Order” means an Approved Order that also meets all terms and conditions of this Program as described below.
  Molecule Pricing Benefit
  For every molecule included in an Eligible Order, the Customer receives one additional molecule provided at no charge as part of this Program.

Value Alignment
Each no-charge molecule must match or be lower in cost than its corresponding paid molecule. If multiple options qualify, the no-charge benefit applies to the lowest-cost eligible molecule.

Single-Molecule Orders
For Eligible Orders containing only one molecule, the Customer receives a complimentary premium service. This benefit consists of either an increased-yield option or an enhanced QC report, based on operational feasibility.

Order Eligibility and Activation
Orders become Approved Orders only after the Customer and all requested molecules complete and pass our pre-assessment and biosecurity review, and the order has been approved in writing by Ribbon Bio. Only Approved Orders can qualify as Eligible Orders under this Program. Orders that do not pass the review process, or that are not approved in writing, are not eligible for participation. Ribbon Bio may decline approval or participation at its discretion for safety, regulatory, operational, or compliance reasons.

Validity Period
This Program is valid from Tuesday, November 18 through Friday, December 31, 2025, and applies to all Eligible Orders placed within this period.

Limitations and Exclusions
This Program cannot be combined with other discounts, credits, or incentive arrangements unless Ribbon Bio confirms compatibility in writing. Ribbon Bio may adjust, pause, or discontinue the Program at any time for regulatory, operational, safety, or compliance reasons. No modification or change will affect Approved Orders that have already been accepted in writing under these terms and conditions.

Other Terms
All current Terms and Conditions of Supply (“T&Cs”) remain in effect. If any inconsistency arises between the current T&Cs and this Program, the terms and conditions of this Program take precedence for the duration of the Program. This Program is provided as an enhanced service benefit and does not alter any existing agreement beyond the provisions stated here.
